After more than 30 years as a registered nurse, I have spent my career helping people through pain, injury, illness, and some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Farm Girl Performance & Recovery grew from my desire to bring that same clinical experience, compassion, and determination into a more personal approach to recovery—for both people and animals.
It began with real cases and meaningful changes.
I worked with a man recovering from serious neck trauma who struggled with restricted movement and severe jaw tightness that made it difficult for him to open his mouth and eat. As his sessions progressed, we observed improvements in his comfort, jaw movement, and range of motion.
